Our Paleo menu is focused on clean, completely non processed gluten free, grain free and dairy free meals. Meals will have 5-7 oz of cooked meat, and 7-9 oz of carbs/veggies and a total weight of 14-16 oz. Calories in these meals range from 350-600 calories.

Macro menu meals focus on offering a 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 30% fat macronutrient distribution. This will include a few more starchy carbohydrates for athletes who are more concerned with tracking their daily caloric intake for performance. Meals are measured in grams and will contain a base of 50 grams carbs, 40 grams protein and 15 grams fat.

For those wanting to increase your protein intake, or would like a little more control over your macros! Choose from chicken, turkey, pork, seafood, beef and a variety of carbs. Over 20 Items to Choose from every week!

When we started Team Fierro Basketball, we wanted to bring Sports to kids who normally wouldn't be able to play.
We offered them an invitation to play, free of charge, with shoes, a ball, and training gear included. All we asked is for them to never miss practice, and never miss a game!
And boy did they commit! So much so, that our girls has become the #1 Ranked Team in Baja California in their Age Group!
Our Boys Team, #2 in their age group!
Now, together, we are raising funds for the kids to travel to their 2nd ELITE National Championship and Monterrey, Mexico!
Finish in the top there, and FIBA will be calling!
